My Movie is ready, but i need some help.....

Okay, basically i finished making a recon movie with some sniping and knifing bits in it. However, i have a problem. Everytime the video switches to a knife scene i get lag - which wasnt even there when i was recording.

Heres an example from a movie i made a few months ago:
    youtube.com/watch?v=oNFc9aeS7XI

I dont want to upload the video onto youtube because it kinda sucks with all the lag . Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Btw i used Fraps to record the footage and Windows Movie Maker.

THe key is the raw footage your recorded while playing

If you used fraps then that produces a very large AVI file. Just play that in windows movie maker and see if there is lag then.

If the raw footage has no lag then I guess it must be the editing/rendering software (but that is unlikely)
