Ok sorry. just trying to help i don't know much tactical games out there.
They generally go 2 ways. Either an open area tac shooter like Ghost Recon and JO, ArmA. Or close quarters combat, indoor combat shooters like R6 and SWAT3/4. They are different as night and day. Go through a campaign of GRAW2 (which is friggin hard, even though its been made easier than GR used to be), and compare it with Raven Shield.

America's Army is just the beginning according to the U.S. Army.
VI and human controlled BF2-esque UAV-fighters FTW!
Tinfoil hats! NAO!
Eagle, ArmA2 and OPF2 are relatively slow compared to the indoor games. Put a tac sim into an appartment building, and it becomes Unreal Tournament. Everything is speeded up, including tactical thinking and situation assessment. Holds true in games like paintball and airsoft aswell. Id tell you to give Rainbow Six or SWAT4 a go, but R6 better titles are too old, Vegas sucks and SWAT4 may put you off becuase it has no PB support.
