Find his profile; goto Member List, click Search Members (top rightish), put his forum username in (if you know it), goto his profile.
When your at his profile; click on the Contact Info tab, click on Send a private message to... then write out and send him a message.
Or if you know his forum username for sure, goto User CP (top leftish) scroll down to Send New Message, put his username in, type the message out and send.
