anyone know how this could happen, considering the squad sort of locks up once it has six members.
Actually this is caused by switching teams...You can force a team switch by first clicking the opposite flag, then tap insert right away...You will create a squad on your team then simultaneously join the corresponding squad on the opposite team...So now your in both teams squads of the same number...Dont believe it? Just switch back and you will already be in a squad...I dont recommend doing this cause it will keep the other team from creating squads...

You mean click just the area around opposite/enemy flag? Do you do it when dead (right before spawning) or before suicide/death? Does it work with teambalance on?
