It could be ingame/out of game, but it has to relate to Call of Duty 4.

Mine had to be just now realizing that I've been wearing my headset backwards... I always wondered why I couldn't hear sounds correctly. :shakehead:

I've got quite a few more, but I thought I'd start it off with that. :laugh:

lol that was pretty stupid

It took me about 20 hours of gameplay to figure out you could lean. Discovered it, tried it out and I've never used it since! Never played the other CoD games much, you might notice...

Mine would be the first time I played Crash. I found the ladder up to the roof of the restaurant, and spent about 5 minutes trying to jump up to it, only to die, respawn and find the stairs. :laugh:

Mine would be throwing a grenade into a room, running in knifing the guy and then blowing myself up with the previously thrown grenade.

Cooking a grenade in my hand for no reason. Then killing myself.

(Throwing a nade is a button on my mouse, which I didn't realise I was pressing.)

One of my friends complained to me that after he got a kill streak of 5/7 and didnt get the heli or airstrike up and he died, he no longer got UAV's or airstrikes etc after kill streaks on respawn - didnt realise that you kept the ability to air strike/heli from his first death and never used it the rest of the game - he had 40 hours play time under his belt at that point!!!

I have a bad habit of reading how many bullets it will take to kill a guy in matches. So when I am pubbing, their using juggernaut or last stand, I will shoot at them the alloted time my mind thinks it'd take, and I hit the reload key.

Well, with Juggernaut, they need some more bullets in them so I normally end up dead. and in Last stand, same thing. It's embarressing to let them actually have a successful last stand kill, especially just because of stupid habit of reloading.

You may catch me in a fire fight 1v1 and all of a sudden reload. >.< ... Stupid habits

The non-in game moment I had was during a match. We were winning a bit so I was a bit quiet and easy on the orders, then we started loosing a few rounds. I began picking up my voice and towards the end it was a close TWL Match .. like 9-9. I was flipping out at the end of a round when nobody did anything I asked.

At the end of the match, their like, "We lost because Patton refused to say a word the whole time". So again, I was yelling like "WTF are you talking about!?" ... Look down and my "Blue Light" was "Purple" meaning my mic was muted.

ROFLMAO, they told me I epic fail after I explained ^_^

At the beginning of a round I have to look at my team to see which team i am on.

Then during the round, I forget and get killed trying to remember.
