Really Annoying Crashing Problem with Valve Games

Seriously. This had never happend with any other game before.
So I have, CSS, HL2, Both Episodes, and TF2. My graphics card seems to have a problem with all of them, but mostly with the HL2 series. In the HL2 series, for some reason, Objects just go yellow, and sometimes it goes into the Blue screen of death. The reason? nv4_disp
But when it comes to CSS and TF2, sometimes while the server is changing maps, while loading, it just crashed to the blue screen of death, on the same reason, nv4_disp.
Seriously, what is wrong?

My Specs:
Windows XP
Intel Processor D, 2.80ghz 2.79ghz
1gb Ram
150HD
GeFroce 8400 GS w/ latest driver update

I think your specs are low especially the graphics and processor, and maybe RAM for that matter.

Its not his graphics.....Its his RAM do what i did lol get 4 gigs of ram xD

Be quiet.

it's his graphics. NV4_Disp is part of the Nvidia drivers, try reinstalling them.
