[Battlefield 2142] Battlefield 2142 Update 1.50

It has been a little quiet on the Battlefield PC scene recently when it comes to what the DICE Live team has been up to. That’s because on top of dealing with cheats and server problems, we have been busy listening to you all in the community and working on a new update for Battlefield 2142. As well as making significant updates, we are bringing new content to 2142 which will bring new experiences to the Battlefield. As with Update 1.40, we will be running public beta on the update to gather your feedback so watch out for that announcement when we’ll be explaining more about the new content.

I personally think they will fix the podsurfing so release it again on the transport...
But as they said it's gonna be in public beta again.. (that'll take ages ^^)

Considering how thoroughly Any mention of a certain map set in a certain locale in Italy was sanitized, it's a safe bet there's at least one new map.

As far as 'significant' changes and new content...maybe the oft speculated North American faction shows up?

Haven't seen Diavik on any of the CT servers, although they may be past the testing stage on that one.There were seven people on the NY CT server at several points yesterday which was running Anzio.

But since they Fuked it up i guess they would have to release a new patch. ie Servers have been more unstable since 1.40

I don't know what servers you play on, but I rarely ever see servers crash these days.

Hmmm... I thought 1.4 was the final patch. It seems like they're a little late in the game.
