I think it's fixed with these two lines:

set perk_allow_specialty_pistoldeath
set perk_allow_specialty_grenadepulldeath

Atleast they both sound like martyrdom and last stand...

Try set them both to zero(0) and see what happens...

Someone correct me if im wrong...
