It seems when going against snipers with a Ganz, one of the tricks is to aim below him for a bit till your reticule becomes accurate. Then you can just yank it up and almost all of your shots will be headshots and kill him in no time. If the sniper is aiming in your direction and you start firing at him right away, all those initial inaccurate shots will give you away. He'll either get the headshot in or be able to move away to a safer position.

It seems when going against snipers with a Ganz, one of the tricks is to aim below him for a bit till your reticule becomes accurate. Then you can just yank it up and almost all of your shots will be headshots and kill him in no time. If the sniper is aiming in your direction and you start firing at him right away, all those initial inaccurate shots will give you away. He'll either get the headshot in or be able to move away to a safer position.

This is exactly what I do on 75% of my shots
Aiming for the head requires you to be very accurate
(and people like to bunny hop dolphin dive and all that)
Let the gun move right up to his head without doing anything

i know this is irrelevant hothead, but how do you get so many kills with your sentries?
i deploy one almost every death yet i've only got 200 or so kills, what are some good points to put them in on the camp gib map? for eg.

I really don't know any "good spots" in conquest
In conquest I look for populated areas where people will be unprepared
or defending a flag

In titan It is very useful
When I play Suez there a great number of spots which guard the silos
Also another good tip
people like to put the sentry facing the hanger bay so it fires at people once they drop down into the vents
I face it towards the back with a shield blocking the doorway(so people get stuck while jumping over), when I play on different servers who don't know my style You can easily rack up 20 kills with it most I got was 30

I'm a big Ganz fan. You have to spend some time with it. But once you have it down, it is golden. Nothing comes close at medium distances.

BTW, Ganz does NOT beat a sniper at very long distances. That is madness. You'll win some, yes. But if you come up against someone that is actually good, you have no chance. They can always get you with one shot.

crouch spam if you have to, it deters the sniper, also most sniper's become scared and run off when you fire at then, just make sure you see them first

Course you would, being #3 in the world with it =)

Ganz is really a great gun, I find it far more useful than the Bianchi and Shuko when I play Support. It can get really annoying if used by campers/sprayers though.

Although personally I take the IDS and the RDX Shotgun...
