your PC specs look good to me.. have you ever updated your graphics drivers or cpu drivers?

there doesn't seem to be any updates for it atm. Also the demo works fine on it

Somewhere in Mydocuments\Battlefield2 is a file called video.con, delete it and see if the game will start.

Hey Man ... I Deleted Video. con And It Delete My Games All Files Excect FireWallDLL.dll in Bf 2 Folder
