I'll admit I had my doubts sometimes about it being serious enough of a game for a hardcore player when compared to BF2/2124 or COD4, but once you start playing you get hooked, immediately.

There aren't really any cons that come to mind that are actually worth taking into account (I'll admit some people find a lot of fault in it, but its just too damn fun!)
