Another damn problem with joining servers

I finally just got that damn tampa map I see advertised in my face when ever I sign into bf2. I installed it, and joined a Tampa server, then bf2 crashed. I started up bf2 again and joined another, then I got "i cant join because I have modified content" Which I don't.... Then the third time on another server it crashed again. WTF!?

This game never works for me and pisses me off SO FRIGGIN MUCH SOMETIMES!!

You may have to reinstall and re-patch on this one mate. That's my only guess.

Run the game in windowed mode by right clicking the games desktop icon and going to properties, thin changing the path from this;

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1

to this

"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 0

Hopefully then you will get an error message when your game crashes and it'll be clearer what the problem is.
