Mouse not working on bf2

I've found that whenever i go on a bf2 server my mouse freezes.
Its fine up untill then when choosing server and i can still see kills in the corner of my screen when i join the server (So it hasn't crashed).
But i get on and the mouse just stops working.
I've tried reinstalling the game, but it hasn't helped.

Any suggestions??

Post what mouse you have.

You could try resetting controls, just log in to the game, go to options>controls and press the reset button.

Even though you will probably never read this, and there was probably some way around me having to make an account just to comment, I made this account just to thank you. Seriously, I was stumped with this problem for so long. I tried almost everything, and I was sure it could not be so simple as just resetting the control - but it was. THANKYOU.
