would you get lag out of 2000kb download and 200kb upload what would be the ping for this speed

depends on your ping, i have only 160 kb/s dl and 210kb/s upload(weird duh?). and i dont have much lag problems. sometimes i can have problems w/ my connection but i have wlan with min of 50% packet lose....

WLAN sucks for gaming.
Your internet speed is not important for your ping, basically. The distance to the server is, i.e. how many routes does your signal have to take to get to the server.
In Germany some ISP offer a connection with something called "Fastpath" for gamers.
This will route your signal with the fastest connection, which results in a low ping.

While I was playing on WLAN, it would crash my BF once I entered a vehicle.
It only happened on WLAN and the crash only occurs when I drove a vehicle.
That's what I call an Engine.
