Only three people were in this server just now. I jumped in and started playing w/ them and they kicked me. Now I'm temp-banned.

Yeah, it happens. It's really lame though, considering that stats aren't global in this game, and no one really cares if you stat-pad (ie. not like EA and BF2 where they'll pull a server's status if it's allowed). Those players were likely going for all the gold weapons or something.
There's over 15,000 servers. Just find another one. :) If an admin on that server you showed us temp-banned you because he and his boyfriends wanted to stat pad, that's really not a server you want to play on anyway.
