'Team vehicle damage' message again. I don't get it?

Had it three times now - each time when I've been on my own titan? What's even more weird is the fact that I'm usually with a kit that can do little damage to assets at the time - such as the assault kit.

Twice I've been walking down a corridor and the message crops up. I'm not firing on knocking over turrets or anything. It just seems weird.

The earliest record I have of that happening was with the engi kit and I had the motion mines. I put that down to some explosion happening on the map that involved my own munitions on an FF-on server? But these recent two are strange.

Any ideas?

Random teamkills are funny too :p I don't know how to explain stuff like this, but it happens.

i got it as well on a titan map... probably because i spammed the MM everywhere on a FF on server :P

Yeah the random messages are odd... sometimes I get kill messages even though I'm not even close to the enemy

Once I killed someone with PK Rockets and it said I got a sentry gun kill... I don't ever even use the sentry :p

Another time I was sitting in the Titan Hangar waiting for the gunship and it said I got PK-Rocket kills. I hadn't even touched the assault kit that round :p

the message randomly pops up. its just weird bf. once i got pusished for tk before i even could spawn.(unfortenaltelly it kept going on till pb kicked me for to low negative score). it can be client and server side but dont worry. most likely it doesnt do any harm.

I can top that, on Camp, I zapped someone with a defib and got an SD-8 Accipter kill, my Squad leader, and infact no one near me had an SD-8, it was pretty much the most random think ever.

And another one, what about those targeting assists? They are random!

the funny thing is that over at the Europa Barbarorum (another game) forums i am quite a senior there and i too like giving noobs a hard time.....
