mic not working

my mic is not working in the voip portion of the game. yet i talk through teamspeak to my buddies.....i went to voip setup in the bf2 files and nothing works there either. what may i try out?

if i guess right, the "voip portion of the game" is in the options>audio area? i think i have that problem where i can set my voip in the bf2 files and not in the options>audio area. but im sure VOIP still works in-game. no idea on how to fix it, but if voip works in-game then im fine.

yes it is there, but the options are clicked, transmit and receive are both at 100% yet no one can hear me.....
