I got BF2 back in July 2006 and then moved onto BF2142 in October so only played for around 3 months. I have only gone back to it the past few days as i missed it :cry:

Oh come on, seriously, if the ranking system was based on skill it would look so much different. Those who have four stars are those who play the most Karkand with either support or medic. EOD.

^^Yep. I would love if the points system would be more like in PR, where you get more points if you take out something that is much higher in the food chain than you. So if you take out a chopter with a .50 cal, you'll get more points than if you take out an infantry guy with a tank

Unfortunately PR is a cheap mod which never will gain the an audience that can be compared to bf2. Which suggests the point system for bf2 is better.

@Doggie i think more than half the leaderboard are not karkand whores. If not now, there were before they all got banned. Most notably BlueAssault

I still don't understand what is so great about Karkand? It is fun from time to time, sure, it might be my most played map, but Sharqi and Mashtuur are better.
