Using modified (MP style) weapons in SP *Modding crew*

My search didn't bring anything up, so I figured I'd make a thread and ask. Has anyone figured out how to modify the standard SP loadout with MP style weapons?

The author of this threads over at the IW.com forum figured out how to bring SP weapons into MP through modding, so you might want to contact him directly to ask about bringing MP-style weapons+attachments into SP:

If you just want to be able to use any weapon in SP, then I think the "give" or "give all" command would work if you have developer cheats enabled.

I believe I've successfully reverse engineered his config files to determine what will be necessary to alter the SP weapons, but I have to do a little more reading and file exploration first.

I'll update tonight with my findings.
