BF2 Crash to desktop when playing 2 people playing?

    I encounter this proble,..

I have 2 computers both with BF2 , original, one is bf2 deluxe, the other is bf2 itself. both are running 1.41. Things didnt work out at first when my buddy and i are playing at my place on interent servers. Either one of us would get losing packets.

However, after disabling the antivirus and firewall, the game started and we're playing it like a team. However, after a new map reloads and after a few respawns after being killed, one of us will be experience a crash to desktop. bf2 simply just quits to desktop for no reason. no error message nothing.

    im running on

    nf61s am2 4000+ 2ghz @ 2.36ghz
    1gb Kinston ddr-533 X2
    Nvidia 7300LE
    16X Benq DVDrw
    win xp home

    2nd comp:
    krypton nf2 , athlon-xp 2700+ @ 2ghz
    512mb twinmos ddr400
    ati radeon 9550SE 128mb
    52X Cdrw
    winxp home

like i said, when playing internet server, either one of us will be crashing to desktop.

im using a belkin router.. cant remember the model..

Its most likely not the games fault but drivers for a component of your computer not talking right..usually the ethernet drivers or the chipset and even the graphics card drivers. Before running highly experimental chipset drivers on my motherboard I didn't have a CTD...now I have them a few times a night trying to play the game which is no big deal since I knew what I was getting into. But that too can happen with WHQL drivers or those you've had for years...its the nature of the beast.
