CoD2 Probs

So I thought I'd go play some CoD2 and yeah, it doesn't work. I believe this is due to vista b/c I have never had problems with it, but with vista, when I start the game it either takes forever just to load the menu or it just stays on the black screen and never goes to the menu.

Anyone else with vista have the same probs/know fixes?

Have you tried running it in compatibility mode?

Post your full system specs. I have been using Vista for quite some time now and not encountered any issues.

Most of the issues people report about are because they computers do not meet the required specs to run on vista or the manufacturers of their hardware do not support vista or have not brought out applicable drivers for their hardware to support vista.
