EA Download Manager Crashes while redownloading

I am trying to redownload Battlefield 2142 but after installing EADM and starting the download after around 2 mins another titleless window pops up with the EADM logo then another a Microsoft Windows popup saying that EA Download Manager has stopped working and asking me to close it. Been there done that. I've even reinstalled windows because it broke yesterday and that's when I posted because it's done it on 2 installations.

Its not just me then.
i get the lost connection screen when ever i try to re download NS.

I have a temp. fix. I have moved my cache to a different folder and now I can download 2142 and I'll just move NS back when it's finished. Hope that helps you ohsosharp.
