  • Your mouse button configs

just wondering how others have their mouse buttons configured:

left/right mouse button and scroll wheel up/down: default

left side button 1: cockpit view camera
    left side button 2: map
    right side button: zoom mini-map
mouse wheel click: primary weapon (useful for changing firing mode) on infantry, rear view camera on vehicles.

I don't have a gaming mouse per se, but I do have a five button mouse. My configuration is the left/right mouse button and scroll wheel up/down default as well. My left side button is to switch to my pistol and my right side button is to switch to my knife. I don't have anything assigned for the mouse wheel button because everytime I try to click it, I end up scrolling the wheel and that does more harm than good for me.

I have different configs for infantry and vehicles. Since I typed them out last time, I'm kinda lazy in typing them out again. =[

I was actually wondering, do most players play high sensitivity in infantry or low sensitivity? Since I started playing infantry again, I've had to turn down my sensitivity which I used to use with the gunship. Now I feel so painfully slow whenever I jump into a gunship.

you can set sensitivity higher for the gunship without toughing the sencitivity al around.

My gunship controls are already maxed out and my infantry controls are at 0.2. It's strange...

I use 3 mouse buttons on my Logitech Laser mouse:

                1) crouch (thumb)
                2) knife (thumb)
                3) grenade (scroll wheel, same as CoD4)

                  Logitech MX518.....

                  LMB - primary fire
                  RMB - crouch
Scroll wheel - next/previous weapon select
                  Scroll wheel button - reload
                  First thumb button - jump/parachute
                  Second thumb button - knife

....oh, and the up & down axis is inverted - flying style.

I have a Logitech G9. Left, Right and Scroll are default. The 1st Thumb Button is my primary weapon (good for switching fire modes) and the 2nd Thumb Button is Voice Chat. I use the left tilt wheel as reload and right tilt wheel to cycle weapons (I rarely use the mouse wheel to scroll, depends on my mood).

those of you who have defib/rockets assigned to mouse button, doesn't it bother you that stock assault rifles and baur/voss have their keys switched for defib/rockets? one of the rather annoying things in this game, i don't know why they made it that way.

                            On my Logitech G5 I have :-

                            Left - Fire
                            Right - Scope
                            Left thumb - Prone
Middle button (wheel) left tilt - Main weapon
Middle button right tilt (wheel) - Weapon scroll
                            Wheel forward - Zoom out
                            Wheel backwards - Grenade

No middle button press as it's too strong and usually ends up tilting one way.
