Anyone know of a quick fix for the following problem?>

when I take a screenshot in bf2, it pauses for about 15 seconds and when the game resumes I've lost all fsAA, have to restart game to get it back. Screenie usually comes up without AA too. 7900GT, win XP

I have problems with this as well. I'll knife some guy and take a SS.. Then when the screen wakes up I'm dead.

I remember this didn't happen before, but I have 100s of SSs in the folder. Maybe it's reading them all to determine the next correct name? I'm gonna move em out and give it a try.

A couple of things to try:
A: move your paging file to a different physical drive
B: clean out your ss folder

Other than that, I have no idea.

i had this problem temporarily. it could be a drivers issue maybe? which drivers ru using?

ok i'll try emptying the ss folder, as for the forceware I don't know because I'm at work at the moment I'll find out later! thanks for replies
