Pretty much all depends on the situation... Most of the time tho I usually cook it :)

Almost always cook (cept on long distance mail) and throw whre the biggest cluster of dots on the UAV is. If there's no UAV and I'm expecting someone I start cooking and look around before throwing it.

I've never really played cs competition, but i assume you do the same stuff with smokes/nades. I know in BF2 you can do pixel shots with tank shells and stationary TOW launchers, among other things.. so "pixel" is a more universal term I think
