It's quite easy actually and have been almost the same since Battlefield 1942.

The only thing you need to do is to look for the vehicles_server.zip and do some editing in the tweak files for the vehicle of choice. In this case it's the F35 tweak file mixed with the two gunners from the Black Hawk (you can tell by looking at their Miniguns).
Just copy the text which says to create them, where to place them (and so on) and paste it into the F35s tweak file.

Then send the tweak file to your firends and youre ready to play.

I love that its this easy to make your own version of the game. To add some additional gunners or whatever is only 5 mins away :)

I think the easiest way to do that is to download the airmaps mod.

Or, one of the guys on the wings could be a support, supplying the jet and the other guy with unlimited ammo.. carpet bombing anyone?
