                      Ruleset seems... sparse.

                      PAM? No PAM? Ruleset file? Perks? Weapons? Maps? Gametype? Time limits?

                      To have teams organize this themselves is kinda contrary to what a ladder is for.

                          Concur. This ladder will not get off the ground at all as it currently is set up. If you want to join a ladder, go on TWL.
