In the demos, the allied bots have face paint on them. In the real version, they don't . I remember I downloaded some cheats for the demos to have unlimited friendly bots, all the weapons, etc. Fun demos too.

Nothing can beat the classics and nothing can beat UO. Still the best one out there imo.
