connection error

ive had this game since saturday now and since monday, ive been dropping out and getting an error message that says there has been a connection error. any help appreciated!

I've just logged in fine, although Massgate isn't the most reliable of services so it may have been down.

Other than that I would check you firewall to ensure that WiC is allowed access to the net, I know my firewall detects changes in programs (like patches for games) and will block the program until I approve the change.

Do you actually get into a game or just can't connect to Massgate?

yes it is when i am in game and i do have norton internet security but i have allowed wic through the firewall as an exception
