    Jet key set up

I use a joystick. logitech 3d pro or something.

In past i use side buttons to tilt, however i have read some guides such as:

Which shows to tilt they use the rotation of the stick.
However another flying game i have uses the tilting of the stick as tilt, and the rotation of the stick to turn.

Im asking, which you find best and why.

My stick is quite still when the stick is tilted but weaker when rotated so im having trouble using rotation to tilt. All recommendations welcome, with extra points to chris_redfield or doggie if they reply

When I had a Logitech Attack 3, I used the side buttons on top to control the rubber.

When I switched to the Logitech 3D Pro, I started using the twist axis.

It took a few flights to get accustomed to, but doing it freed up two more buttons AND fingers that can be used to carry out other functions.

No questions here, ROTATING Axis or Z Axis for horizontal turn or rudder or yaw.

Tilting the stick to left/right to roll.

Ive heard about games that do in fact use the usual rudder keys/axii to tilt and roll axii/keys to turn. Thats bad, dont do it.

Think of it this way. Youre not using pedals to steer and your wheel to change gears. Rolling motion is the second most important motion you do, next to pitch, so it has to be at the most accessible spot. Yaw motion is secondary (or thirdiary) and its on Z axis, which is a little less accurate, a little harder to use.

Setting your missile/bomb key to key 1, so far from switch key is the biggest mistake you can do. Unless you have 2 thumbs on one hand.

Secondary fire key and weapon change key should be able to be reached simultaneously.
