Free cameras?

hi ive seen in a few films that they use a free camera that they can "fly" around in?
for example: [media]http://youtube.com/watch?v=CdA9_wr86WA[/media]

In single player missions and multiplayer... how do you use this free camera?

There is a command in single player that will let you do this, i fortgot what it is though :-o.

In multiplayer it depends on the servers configuration, if its enabled go into spectator mode and manoeuvre using your directional keys, if I remember correctly the Q and E buttons allow you to go up and down.
