Just a lil question

As most people knows, you don't have to hold down the sprint button (shift) to keep sprinting in CoD4... same if you're crouching.

Anyway to turn it off? I hate it

I think you have to go into your controls and change the Toggle Crouch button, instead of Go to Crouch. You might want to check out the Crouch button too.

Edit: Change your Crouch button in your Controls. That's the one.

Can't see an option to do the same with sprint though, anyone that knows how to do that?

EDIT: OK I found it but then I have to steady the sniper rifle wit another button... Anyone that knows a way around that?

I think there is "Steady Sniper Rifle" option... But im not sure, so don't count on it...

Hm, my Steady Sniper and Sprint are linked to the same key (L-Shift).

You should be able to bind 2 keys to that... For example i have melee bind to V and mouse 5..

Correct. But then I can't sprint using Shift.

Even though I put Shift as the Sprint button only I'm not getting the effect I'm looking for. Thanks anyway guys

True. But I can't make Sprint behave the way I like it to (eg I stop sprinting when I release Shift)...

Ohh, I know what you mean. I think if you tap the key, you keep sprinting. Just tap backwards and youll stop.
