Help!

A long time ago i installed COH and played it then i deleted it for space,now that i got more ram when i try to install it ,it says "This setup will perform an upgrade of Company of Heroes- FAKEMSI do u want to continue then after i hit yes it says "A later version of Company of Heroes - FAKEMSI is already installed on this computer .The setup cant continue..

you just deleted it? you were supposed to uninstall it properly. try to uninstall it properly this time
