Strange stuttering Problem

Hello, I recently installed BF2142 on my laptop that has vista, it worked fine on my computer that ran xp, that computer was even significantly slower than my laptop. The problem is when ever im not in a vehicle the game with stutter and my guy willl switch back inbetween the sprinting and walking animation really fast, sometimes some of the other models move without any animations, like they are gliding. Heres my system specs:

Have you updated PB?

Also, what graphics card have you got?

Heh I forgot to include the graphics card. I have an intergrated ATI radeon xpress 1150, its 128 mb and runs alot more recent games such as quakewars and tf2 fine. Ill try to update punkbuster and tell you how it goes

I updated punk buster its still a twitchy though
