Minor Last-Stand Annoyance

... nothing major... but countless times I kill someone with LS and then someone else shoots them whilst they're in LS-mode and they get the kill... grrr... :)

Yea, I can see how that would be annoying. You do all the work but someone else gets the glory.

I personnally dont mind it, I just want them dead. You can always empty your clip into them, I suppose.

I like playing with the mortally wounded myself. There are stories throughout the forums of the mean things I do.

I took pity on one guy the other day. I shouldnt have and it costs some teammates their lives, but it was SO FUNNY!. I "killed" him in the hallway and left him. My teammates came by and he LSed two of them before he bled out.

If I bring one down in a quiet spot, I drop a nade on him and sprint off.

If your reloading and the person you were shooting at happens to be in last stand just throw a stun grenade at them to finish them off in a embarrassing way.

the first and probably only time i played s&d i managed to win it in last stand taking out 2 people:yay::yay:

last stand can be very usefull at times.

i also kill people if their in last stand, free kill

Last Stand and Martyrdom actually make sense in S&D where there are no respawns. If you can take an enemy out with you, all the better for your team.

My personal preference to deal with this qualm is that:

* You get the kill no matter what.
* If someone else shoots the last-stand guy, he gets an assist.

That would be fair, in my honest opinion.

agreed vasquez. its just illogical to not be awarded the kill when last stand is basically someone who is already dead.

If you go into last stand, and choose to 'take the easy way out', you should get the kill =P

I can see that working, its a small tweak that makes sense
