BF2CC Problems!

I've posted this on bf2cc.com earlier today and I need to find an answer. I've already had the server for 3 days and I cannot log in to bf2cc.

I own 2 BF2 servers. An unranked in which I have no problem connecting to with my 2 pc's. And I just purchased a ranked in which I cannot log in to. However, my game server support team says they can log in with the information. I also had a friend log in with the same information. I am still receiving unable to connect. I am running Vista on one pc and xp on the other and obviously if I can connect to my unranked server, there is no port or firewall issue.....someone PLEASE HELP! I have been unable to keep my server under my own control!


Added: I had the friend who could get in give me another login and that doesn't work either. I have also run the program on administrator. I have had 3 people get in, but i still cannot.

wow, um, yea sounds like ur pretty f'ed. i guess u could make sure u dont like have caps lock on or something stupid like that... i used to use bf2cc, but that was a while ago. now, i cant remember, but i think u can IP ban admins... but im not sure at all. you should have ur friend check...
