Depth of Field - On or Off?

If you don't know what DoF is, it enables that blurishness whenever you use your ironsights or scope.

Just so you know, I'm refering to Multiplayer.

Also, does Depth of Field actually help the player focus in any way?

Currently leaving it off.

I used to have it on but it took a toll on the FPS rate, so I turned it off for SP and MP.

It has a cool effect, especially for screenshots. The problem is it blurs the sites a lot, and that bothers me, so I turned it off.

i had it on once, and it gave me a head ache, i couldt focus on the screen... i think my eyes would try to focus cuz theyre looking at an unfocused object and like, i ened up having to stop for a bit
