need help

I haven't played BF2142 in 2 or 3 months. Have tried again the past 2 days, but everytime I go in Multiplayer mode and go to a server/ map, it will only load about half the map and stop.

I tried BF2, as it has been a long time since I played that, and it worked fine.

Have I missed some patches or updates ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You have got the radial bug. Use the search feature to learn how to solve it. It basically involves deleting the radial file which is a hidden file in the program folder...

i heard it's a bug caused by in-game advertising engine's files (cache?) getting corrupted over time. :cussing:

i had this problem several times in the past, but for some reason, i haven't had it in a long time. i thought EA fixed it, but i guess not?

If he hadn't played the game in forever, then its possible he still has a corrupted radial from times past

Yeah i read somewhere that it was a advertisement cache or something,stupid.
