i hate the awp, i find it the worst weapon, i hate it when i join a server and every one is using it(yes it has happened), i find the scout more fun, it seems like my kind of weapon

Well on my Clan/community server I play on, pretty much everyone uses and awp besides CT. But it doesn't ruin the pub play, the CT's still manage to rush without a problem.

I'm an awp whore. I admit it. :p

Well, the AWP is cheap (I guess), but it does take more skill than most people think. An AWP-Virgin can't just pick one up and expect to do well.

I find the scout to be just like the bolt-actions in BF2.
A headshot spells death, and two body shots should do it as well.

Get used to dragshooting and moving and you'll do good, and it's more rewarding to use than an AWP. :) I respect players who use the scout, which is more than I can say for AWP whores.

Exactly, The awp isn't just something you can pick up and be good at. It still takes practice. :)
