3rd Person Recording?

Im not sure if this should go in Media, but I was wondering if there's any way to record game footage in 3rd person? I'm not expecting to be able to do it in SP, although that would be nice, but I've seen videos in MP that have this.

You have to download a patch for it aswell, which allows CoD4. But there is a key bind in it which allows 3rd person recording.

/demo imrecording
play the demo with cheats enabled
/cg_thirdperson (or w.e the command is)
OR
if u r makin a film, go on a private server get ppl on comms put cheats on so u can do the third person command hope this helps =]

I heard that program will reset your rank to whatever you ranked up to in the demo. Also, does anyone have any "third person footage" they created with these programs yet?

Most of the vids I have seen of CoD4 were used with a spectator watching what was going on and recording a demo. The third person with that tool is great, but limited. Nothing near the demo files in the BF series ( I have used both extensively). And the lack of any actual movies in CoD4 besides frag ones, just makes it difficult to find any actual third person shots.
