If I'm playing COD4 for PC, can I access the same multiplayer games/servers as someone playing Xbox?

I would love to ownzerise all the xbox players... I was even thinking of getting this cool mouse and keyboard you can plug into a 360.

Though it should be possible by now, they did it with shadowrun... Would be nice to slap all the consoletards.... like my mate who thinks its really good that it can hold 8 players on some maps.....
