i was jsut wondering if there was a mod out there that allowed you to go up ranks whilst playing single player, and then the rank would save onto ur pc but you wouldnt have to be online... cos if there were (for the SP fans) i would totally play it!

There isn't a singleplayer with rankings, but there are some very, very good SP mods.

AIX (Allied Intent) is excellent, and is even played online quite a bit.

yeah, ive dled AIX already and all the map packs xD its awesome! but i just think it would be a lot more exciting for SP fans if they could rank up instead of kill kill kill and stay and good ol private... but that is just me and the search continues!!! maybe moddb.com has some of those mods...

and also, if u look at CoD4, there are some cahllenges you can complete whilst offline, like fall 30m and stuff, but u get what i mean...

He isn't talking about padding his ranks up offline and then bringing his leet General online. He's talking about ranking up offline and staying offline. You know, so he won't have to play with scrotesacs like you.

thats EXACTLY what i mean Jimtool, but I got another message from DasRoach and he says AIX are working on it xD but i just htought it would be a good idea for all those boarding school peeps (like me :S)

AGAIN: the BF2 Engine wasn't designed to house single player ranks, it was purely a multiplayer based game.

thats where mods come in! can you tweak something somewhere?..... all im saying is i think its a good idea for those who hate playing online with all the spawn rapers, bunnyhoppers and what not
