Jets vs Jets

Ive used the method way before Metallica posted his video, and it works on those who use rear look to look back. The number of people using fly by view to check their rear is extremely small, so the rick of getting caught is miniscule and well worth the try.Comment

I fly a lot of F35s on dragon and wake. There is one manouver that I've learned to throw off perhaps 80% of J10 pilots. As soon as you hear the lock (or if you're smart enough to use rear view/fly by, before) pull up into a loop. As soon as your jet is upsidedown, do a 180 roll and pull up again, this time completing the flip. If the lock persists go into outer space.
Fugz, you mentioned steadying your aim... One big tip is to fly the F35 whenever possible. I'm not sure what causes the j10 to handle like sh¡t, so I just use it as a taxi to the carrier most of the time. With the F35, I'm steady on a target within a second. With the j10, I just wabble towards the target.
If you wanna kill a j10 with the F35, get right up his аss and fire before the lock. If you're close enough it'll work every time.
Good luck.Comment

Missile need to lead target to hit, i find its easiest to describe like your using the cannon.
Using cannon you must lead target a fair bit if he is moving at an angle for the bullets to hit. If you lead with missiles, even so steep that it breaks to lock, it will still hit.
Watch this video where he says "public" to see this guy lead targets. This video is very entertaining and worth watching.
When out maneuvering players, use all views but think what the other jet will have to do to achieve your maneuvier. For example a jet sees you on your left at 10 oclock. If you turn right he will be on your 6 immediately, if you turn left you will cross paths and he will have to do a big turn to get back on you. This buys you time to get out of sight or get onto his tail.
Also when you do a tilt to turn, after 1-2 secs do another turn, do not wait for your opponant to replicate your turn before doing another maneuver. If you turn earlier, he will have to replicate your previous turn and then suddenly another. Keep doing this to make the gap between the two of you so big that you can break off.
Watch the 1v1 in flyjet's video to see him do this.
Finally you can use a key to look with your mouse, or configure your joystick to do the same thing. This helps when your chasing a jet and he is turning sharp and goes just off your screen, you can quickly look up to see where he is. Flyjet does this a lot too :)Comment
