hi all

first off can you tv a player on the ground 100m away ?

as this has happend to me a few times and iam thinking omg are thay that good in the chopper .
as for solos pilots when i play on line if thay can do that good for them .. i just wish i could be half if that as good as some that fly the chopper .
iam just getting the hang of the flying the plains ( with the help iv got from some of you ) thanks
so iam hopping to start useing the chopper soon also plz dont ask me to hop in as i will not because iam no good
as iam no good at gunning why should i get into a chopper knowing this and if the pilot is a good he would be calling me alsorts ( lol ) not helping him or my team

I can TV somebody on the ground from 450m away. With viewdistance and effects up, you can see infantry from 200+m away so it's not that difficult to do, infy doesn't move fast so they're crazy easy targets.

And if you practice in low populated servers or even single player you'll get a general idea of gunning. There's just a huge difference in hitboxes from single player and multiplayer. Single player you have a ping of 0 so you just have to put the missile directly on the chopper to get a kill. It's not so easy online.

As a suggestion for when you just start gunning, I encourage you to click fast the entire time the TV is in the air. Eventually you'll get a hang of how the TV responds to clicks and be able to judge distances better and you can TV people clicking less than 5 times (even though I still don't, I always click the entire time as fast as possible) but just remember, follow the chopper for most hitboxes.

Go on Lionhearts and 75%+ of the people there are using macros. Still top them all with leet clicking skillz. booyeayurrrrr!

Notice in Doooman video that he hits targets where they were a tiny bit ago not where they are. Gotta love BF2 hitboxes and netcode

As cynoc siad , trail your targets guys .. Its not that hard , you cna see a macro user in a vid as the mouse cursor is smooth across the screen , That was pure clicking skill ,,,nice .
