    Stalkers?

Hey just wondered if anyone of you have experienced stalkers in CoD4? Examples:

I was sniping on Ambush and there was this guy that desperately tried to kill me the whole frickin time. I must have killed him like 10 times before he wrote "F*** you camper" and then he left the server.

Same one time when I was (again) sniping on overgrown, I did headshots 3 times in a row on the same guy and he just kept following me around the whole round. He managed to kill me once and he just spammed the chat with how awesome he was. I was laughing my *** off.

Have any of you experienced such things in CoD4 or other games? Just interested :)

    Cheers, Iquere

I have had random people join using the same name as me... and to this day, i still don't know who they were.

I did stalk this one guy for about 3 weeks who teamkilled me for a jet. I would always join his squad and proceed to simply follow him about everywhere and do everything he did.

He used to get so mad and ask me why i kept following him. In the end i said "you tked me for a jet 2 weeks ago". He was pretty speechless.

    Love Bf2

Yea, happened to me in 2142, there were two of them. I think they just wanted their tags back though. They never got them and would become very "unstable" when I would knife them again. They would start cussing and going crazy. Sometimes the servers I played on had word filters and they would get banned from the servers.

It was weird. I dont know what happened to them.

Happened to me once on the District map, by a team-mate. I was moving through a room and out onto the street, and as soon as I stepped onto the road I started taking fire. So I retreated back into the room. Unknown to me, some n00b was following almost right behind me so he ended up preventing me from getting back in, and a nade killed both of us a second or two later.

I thought "meh", and kept playing. Then this idiot starts up in the global chat calling me a door-blocker and DEMANDING an apology. I ignored him for a bit but he just kept at it so eventually we got into it a bit through the chat. He spent the rest of the map following me around typing with that stupid lightbulb or whatever above his head and getting in my way. When I was reloading in a corner, he even boxed me in and typed "how do you like it?"...and we were both shot and killed seconds later. lol

Eventually the rest of the server basically told him to STFU, and he left. Moron.

Well, this clan (I'll leave unnamed) seemed irritated with my playing for some reason...

For the length of an entire round, their members would continually spawn on my team, throw a nade at me, and switch teams - allowing the grenade to count as an enemy grenade (therefore killing me).

I got punished on bf2 for no fault of my own (too long to describe) so I followed the individual all through Karkand (he had a sniper kit, I was medic)

I proceeded to shoot him a couple of times in the foot, -enough to get him out of scope and wondering where the hell the shots were coming from XD then I repeated it the whole round, casually tossing him a medi-bag every now and then so I didn't get a team kill.

Only in BF2142, my clan tends to enjoy chasing each other for dogtags. :p

Haven't experienced it on COD4 though.

I got tk'd once, while I was a specops. I was running chasing this fool with a knife, haha was stalking him..rofl, and a sniper of mine decided to TK me in the head, then take out the guy I was chasing. Now, he was a good shot I give him this. But did he realize, that C4 makes snipers fly? Don't think so. I found him later that day in a FF=Off server, and placed C4 on him (all of it) and he went flying pretty high, he didn't realize it, didn't pull the chute nothing. Just prone crawling through the air then SPLAT

I went through an "Anti-Sniper" phase with BF2. This was toward the end after I'd actually learned to snipe and knew where the good spots were. I'd spend the whole round as medic patrolling these spots, knife any snipers I found, and throw med packs at their corpses.

Surprisingly, I got some really good games this way (especially on Warlord.) The better snipers would lay traps after I killed them the second straight time and we'd play cat-and-mouse the rest of the round in our own private little game-within-the-game.

Haven't seen it in CoD4 yet.
