I am running windows vista home premium. where does it save my screenshots?

Should be in ...\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\main\screenshots
default: C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\main\screenshots
If it is not there, it means that the shots didn't go through. You can go into the game and press F12 a bunch of times, then reopen the folder to check. If it still doesn't show up, try creating the folder and then going in-game and taking some shots.
