EA Master server is down with no ETA on when it's going to be back up.

Only one member of my clan can get online but we dont know how? There are also many other people from around the world playing right now aswell...

I suspect the master server may consist of say 4 servers, but only one is working. Thus, some people can play online, but not every attempted connection will get through.
