Ive been playing for over a year and lately i crash intermittently (sometimes several times an hour - sometimes never in a whole day).
anyway i was just playing this morning - had a crash - and when i restarted my PC now i have a very weird error.
when i start 2142 and login to my account i get to the step where you choose your soldier - i choose the soldier and hit the ok button and then i get bounced back to the first login screen with an error that says my connection to the master server has been lost.
however im not having any other network problems - i can ping and connect to every website or whatever. and nothing has changed in the 90 seconds between the crash and the restart. but before the crash i could play and now i cant even login to the game.
any suggestions? im completely at a loss here.
