Help with EA Downloader - Lost internet connection during download

I have recently upgraded my computer and in the process I lost 2142 and all. I thought owell, I will just have to redownload it and all. I downloaded EA Downloader and signed in, my 2142 and booster pack is all sitting there where it should be. However when I click to download 2142 it sits at "Connecting" for about 3 minutes before it tells me "Lost internet connection during download" as well as EA Download manager encountering a problem.

I can however download the patch and booster pack with no problems at all and it connects immediately and downloads. Has anyone had this problem before or know what is causing it? My internet is fine as I can surf at the same time and I am able to download the patch/booster. I thought it may be my spyware detector as this has been a problem in the past but after turning this out it still happened.

it show up 0 kb size. so i think something has gone wrong and you need to delete the download from the list and readd it and try again.
