Last night was the first time I ever tried to play co4 online and when i clicked on the multiplayer shortcut I got a sign saying that the iw3mp.exe has stopped working then it shut off, so I tried to install the patches and it downloaded fine but when I went to install them I got a sign saying that it was unable to locate the component. I reinstalled it today and it did the same thing, can anyone help me out?

Most people say updating punkbuster corrects that issue. You can go to punkbuster.com and download the little utility, pbsetup, that will update it.
